The world wants your attention to be obsessively on the unholy trinity; "me, myself, and I". 2 Timothy chapter 3 offers a stark warning:
βThis know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy...β
This list goes on! God turns this worldly directive on its head and gives the commandment and grace for obedience to love Him first and then take that love to others. Let's keep allowing the Holy Spirit to test our motives and shape our message!
